Chilled Berry and Apple Oats with Yoghurt
1 cup Oats
250ml Low Fat Milk
2 tbsp Low Fat Berry Fruit Creamy Yoghurt
½ grated medium apple (80g)
75g or 1/3 cup of blueberries
Combine ingredients and soak overnight in covered container or bowl.
Optional if you like it HOT: cook oats in microwave with water or milk and top with remaining ingredients.
