Ginger Barra

Ingredients:

1 ½ cups low salt vegetable broth 
1 tbsp ginger, chopped
1 tsp low salt soy sauce   
4 green onions, sliced
2 x 100g barramundi steaks  
1 tsp coriander, chopped
1 cup cooked brown rice  
Sea salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Place vegetable broth, ginger, soy sauce, green onions and 1 ½ cups water into a pan.
Bring to a simmer over medium heat. 
Season barra with salt and pepper. 
Simmer water, then add fish and coriander. 
Continue simmering until fish flakes easily with a fork. 
Serve with ½ cup rice.
