Policy of returns
We offer a return policy on products that are set out below
Damaged in transit
If delivered and it appears product has been damaged in transit please notify Australia Post with your tracking number.
In the case of the product you receive is not the product you ordered, please notify customer service immediately to arrange a replacement.
All products ordered incorrectly by the customer, can be redeemed as a store credit if informed within 10 days of dispatch and unopened on return. Postage cost will be incurred by the customer. NO REFUNDS GIVEN.
